OPSTA invites membership from iprivate households and corporate bodies

such as local authorities and other rail user groups, to join us in the campaign to retain, improve and develop West Lancashire's railways.

Members receive the association's newsletter Connexion at least 4 times a year with other communications and updates in between.

OPSTA holds general members meetings in and around Burscough, Ormskirk and Southport in order to update members about what's been going on, and to invite comments, suggestions and debate.  Often, a guest speaker is featured.

There is also an open invitation for members to attend monthly committee meetings without any obligation to becoming involved.

If, however, you wish to get more involved than reading the newsletter and attending General meetings, there's always room for more active members either to help with one off exercises, eg passenger surveys or on an ongoing basis.

Membership is renewable annually.  Subscriptions for individuals are £5 per household, and for corporate membership £10.

Please note that membership fees are due 1st July annually.
